Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change! To respect our stylists’ time and appointment availability, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made 23 hours or less before your appointment will be subject to a fee of 25% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
